Tried the hot stone therapy yesterday. Gulshan Seven Star Spa heats volcanic stones to the perfect temperature and places them on chakra points. Combined with oil massage, it’s extremely relaxing for muscle stiffness. The room was a bit warm for me, but they adjusted AC immediately when I mentioned. Service-oriented staff. 4 stars for overall experience."

"Gulshan Seven Star Spa location is super convenient - just opposite Gulshan Shooting Club. Went for a quick 60-min Swedish massage during office break. Booking over phone was instant, no waiting when I arrived. The massage pressure was perfect - medium to firm as I requested. Taking 1 star off because the parking was full, but guard managed valet. Will come again."
